Like the title says, this entire blanket is made up of knit and purl stitches only. Needing to know only these two simple stitches, this blanket is extremely beginner friendly. The detail from these two stitches makes for a lovely, relaxing project with lots of character!
This pattern includes a Written Version and a Chart Version!
Sizes in pattern:
Security Blanket - 27" x 32"
Baby/Stroller - 34" x 45"
Crib - 40" x 60"
Small Throw - 46" x 60"
Medium Throw - 53" x 60"
Large Throw - 60" x 60"
Length can be adjusted in pattern, however please keep in mind this will effect the fiber yardage needed.
Gauge:
20 sts x 30 rows = 4" (10cm) in Stockinette Stitch
Fiber:
Worsted weight (#4 Worsted)
Suggested Fiber: Lionbrand Pound of Love (100% Premium Acrylic; 1020yd 932m / 16oz 454g).
Yardage used for each size: 956yd (1440yd, 1920yd, 2400yd, 2870yd, 3350yd) - 1 ball (2 balls, 3 balls, 3 balls, 3 balls, 4 balls).
